Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong size or color?
No worries — we accept returns of unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
This does not affect your rights in case of faulty or damaged items.
How to return your items:
Fill out the return note provided in your parcel:
- Choose the appropriate return reason for each item.
- Place the completed return note inside the package. This is required to process your refund.
Submit your return request through this portal:
- You’ll need your Return Reference Number (found on your dispatch note).
- Select the items you are returning accurately to avoid delays.
Choose your preferred return method:
- You can either drop off your parcel or schedule a pickup with Ay Makan.
- A 30 SAR return handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
Attach your return label:
- You’ll receive the label by email after completing the steps above.
- Print it and place it on the parcel, covering any old shipping labels.
Refund timeline:
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 days after we receive and inspect your returned items.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.
